Too boring for blog's sake
I think I want to stop blogging. The last few months have been so dry...nothing has been really blog worthy. I 'll be back as fast as I can.

Bitter Fail
The 11th entreprenuer challenge ended with a strong sense of dissapointment for me. Not only did my team not win, we failed to even qualify for the semi-finals. Honestly, I have not felt so pathetic for a long time. Loosing sucks....
However, I did still pick up afew handy skills on marketing, and business. That's good I guess, right? Oh well, I feel so stupid for acting snugly after my presentation. I had an idea that I had demolished my oponents in terms of presentation. Sadly, presentation did not equal to the win.
Anyway, I just realised how many junk email I receive on a daily basis. Two days of abstinence from mail has led to a pile of junk mail in my inbox- 13 email strong. Someone should invent a device that clears junk mail for you. Yeah...

My Song Yet Sung
Hello again from the blazing pithole known as Singapore. The Exams are over, the O level Chinese is over, and the holidays are here. How much better can it get?! Even though I will have to study through this summer holiday, it sure beats hot sessions and sleepy mornings in school. What's better is the confidence that I would at leaste scrape a B in the MT O levels! Awesome!
My holidays are packed with work, but there a a few highlights here and there. The class outing is next tuesday, and my class has decided that I am happy and excited about it and will have to be present. "Yay!" But nonetheless, I will still want to go and get a breather from all the workload.
The guys and I had a conversation just a few hours back pior to the English preliminary Orals whenwe touched on the topic on blogging. It is concluded that my blog has been "dead" and I "never update it", thus an explanation for this random update.
In totality, I am very happy right now for many reasons and will be soon for even more reasons. ( Don't want to Jinx the VJC thing yet) Therefore, I shall sign off here. Cheers to the holidays and don't expect a post anytime soon.
BTW: A very sunny hello to Damien who is currently enjoying Australia. Don't freeze to death!

" I Will Try"
The last week has been treating me well. No study sessions, no tuition, no papers. Next week, we have intensive Chinese. A final drastic attempt to help students (Like me), to secure a fair grade for the subject in the O levels. I think I am going to pay attention for this one.
Well the results are out. I barely scraped 8 points for the Mid Years. Its really irritating, the feeling of unsatisfication. Oh well, Hopefully the score is enough to bring me through to Victoria JC through the DSA.
I just realised that my blog has been getting really dry. Apologies there. There just has'nt been anything "blog-worthy" in my life at the moment. But let me try....
Chong Wen was sent to detention for two hours yesterday. The "crime", - Did not bring thermometer . We had a good session mocking the detention system for being overdone yesterday. Yeah...good fun.
And in one of the biggest upsets in American Idol history, Kris Allen took home the title, over front-runner, Adam Lambert. So now its official, 100000000 people can be THAT stupid at same time! I'm sure its the conservatives and the republicans that voted him off. ( Political joke, no offence meant)
Well, back to " How I Met Your Mother". Seriously a good show guys. Cheers!

The lazy, and the fat
Hello again. It has been a moth since I last touched blogger, totally uninspired to blog. Anyway, I would like to just put the blog on a short hiatus because any extra time not spent on work is spent resting. The blog has become somewhat of a chore and I just do not like that. Anyway, Happy good friday, easter day everybody. I can just imagine all my friends, stuffing themselves with chocolate eggs over the weekend. Gaining pounds and pounds of glorious, flabby, lumps of fat!
Anyway, I have sort of been on a low profile in terms of projects and competitions this few months. The only "competition" I actually entered was the North Zone essay writing one which is hardly much of a prestige. However, its a good experience anyway to be exposed to different fields of literacy contests.Each opportunity offers a learning avenue. I'm just happy to have picked up at leaste 1 learning point everytime I join such contests.
Newsflash: I stepped down as president of the student council about three weeks back. It was'nt much of a big deal really, not as glamorous as I pictured it to be, but not too shabby a stepdown either. Did'nt really feel much of a difference after the step down though. It was only after a week that I truly realised I was more relaxed. Well, my regards go to the 5th student council. As long as I'm in Pei Hwa, I will still be happy to advice for anything regarding student council or Jalan Kayu Trail.
Speaking of my "greatly acclaimed" gem of a trail- the National youth council has signed up for the trail and we would most probably be expected to conduct it somewhere in the midst of June. I am sure that they will have as much fun as us, experiencing our trail first hand. Quite flattering to have actual professionals in youth service learning actually requesting for a preview of our project. I count ourselves greatly blessed and honoured.
And there goes my first post on the new lappie ( claps***). I now know what it feels like to actually own one of these portable babies. :D Well, shall sign of now. O levels are fun!
